Personal development for men

The Feel Good Folk Programme is a six month, holistic journey designed to help men who have more to give. Covering everything from personal values and a life audit, to habits around health and happiness, we dig deep to truly help men become the best version of themselves.

We take a holistic approach to wellbeing, using coaching, research, and our personal experiences and qualifications to help you be more happy, more healthy and more useful.

The Programme

There are four components to The Feel Good Folk Programme so that over a six month period, you have everything you need to make the changes required to become the best version of yourself.

Coaching

We use transformational coaching to help unlock limiting beliefs, rewrite unhelpful narratives, and remove negative automatic thoughts. Throughout the program, you'll have dedicated coaching time to work through the topics as well the opportunity to add more for when life throws things your way.

Content

We're not short of content when it comes to change and personal development. The trick is knowing what the right content is for the stage you're in. For each step of the program, we offer books, podcasts, TED talks and other sources of inspiration that will give you the drive you need.

Exercises

Self reflection is a critical part of sustainable change. During the programme, you'll be tasked with exercises that both challenge your thinking, and help you to reflect on where you want to be. We'll also help you adopt journalling and meditation practices to support your development.

Accountability

Change is hard and you'll undoubtedly be doing some things for the first time. There will be moments where you'll need a nudge or accountability partner. We're there to make sure that, in those sticky moments when you doubt yourself, you're not on your own.

How it works

During the 6 months of the programme you will receive:

- 8 x coaching sessions ranging from 60 to 90 minutes 

- 6 x modules with guided content and exercises

- Weekly WhatsApp checkins for questions and accountability 

- Welcome pack with sustainable 'The Feel Good Folk' journal
